Writing a blog has been on my to do list for quite a while now, but there just didn’t seem to be enough hours in a day (anyone else have that feeling)? 🧐
But now, the year 2020, the year that will make history books worldwide is when I get to start my blog. With the quarantine happening right now, it gives us some time to work on some behind the scenes work, and for me one of these things is my blog.
Since it’s my first post, a little bit about me, the person behind Memorable Events Rentals....
My name is Anna, I’m married to the guy I fell in love with when I was still in high school, and now almost 15 years later, here we are, with 5 kids and running a business that I’m so passionate about. This started out as a fun gig with my best friend and a crazy idea (what my husband thought at the time) but after about a year he stepped in to help me make this dream into reality and open up this event rental business. With the support of my husband and my dad (who has magical hands by the way), I bring him my Pinterest board and he heads over to Home Depot and makes it happen! I am so blessed to have these men in my life.
My website lists the inventory that I have for rent, but I wanted something where I can share the stories created with this inventory and some tips and ideas you may find helpful as you create your events. And that is something I will be doing here. I love celebrations! Each item I select items to add to our inventory I can imagine all the possibilities, how it can be used at the events. I’m so excited to be sharing my ideas with you all.
